For the yogi and mediators in your life. The mala, an ancient meditation tool, can be used to count and follow the breath, chants or mantras. It helps us quiet the mental chatter, focus and bring attention to our minds and have a keen appreciation for all that is. Like anything, with repeated use it takes on the memory of one’s intention, thus becoming sacred.
With quotes like "Only through the heart can you touch the sky~ Rumi" engraved on the bangles, Mindful Necessities Companion Bangles let your loved ones be reminded all day of the intentions they would like to keep in their hearts.
