How Do I Join Zen Nomads Reciprocity Circle Program?
Simply, create a Zen Nomad customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our Reciprocity Circle widget 'Check Gifts' on the bottom of your screen.

How do I earn loyalty points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend [online or in-store]*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated Token balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn tokens under the Earn tab of your Reciprocity Circle profile, including following us on Instagram, referring friends and sharing posts. Use your tokens to redeem gifts, or save them up to redeem even more exciting gifts.

How do I check my Reciprocity Token balance and redeem gifts?
You can check your balance and gifts anytime by clicking 'Check Gifts' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated token balance. From here, you can click through to your Reciprocity Circle profile, where you can redeem gifts.

How do I use my gifts?
When you have enough tokens to redeem a gift, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique gift code. You can use your gift code during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.

Terms and Conditions

Zen Nomad reserves the right to modify or cancel gift codes at any time.
Gift Codes can only be redeemed once.
If you redeem your gift code online for a purchase less than the full value of the gift code, the balance of the gift code is not redeemable on another purchase.
If you return any of the items purchased with a gift code, the gift code discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

How to Measure

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of the bust. Keep tape comfortably loose.
Waist: Measure around the natural waist line – generally the smallest part of your waist. Your natural waist line is located where the body creases when bending to the side.
Hip: Keep feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hip.
Inseam: Measure from crotch to hem line.
